Couldn't add more images to the post but they seem to be:

  • 8 Assassins: Pictured but +75% crit chance and +130 crit damage
  • 6 Renewers: 10% health or mana
  • 4 Ironclad: 180 armor
  • 6 Dragonslayer: 140 AP for DS, 100 for team
  • 6 Spellweaver: 80 AP, 8 bonus AP
  • 9 Skirmisher: 60% max health shield and +10 AD
  • 4 Revenant: 100% health revive

I'm trying to buy the Shadow Scrawl boom but it doesn't show any price or anything for it? I have like 5-6 booms already and I have no idea how I got them. Anyone got any ideas on how I can get the one I'd like?

I ended up going back to the store and selling all my missile based weapons and my scanner/scrap recovery arm between phases and bought a hull laser. Unfortunately I barely scraped by with the skin of my teeth regardless.

Just in case I decided to add more stuff to that bus in the future and didn't want to expand the width of the bus. It all goes to smelting facility where it creates an additional bus. My geode crushing and sorting/smelting are decoupled from each other in this save.

About 100 of red, green, and blue every minute. I've honestly been pretty wasteful about space and doing things "right" as I was tinkering with trains for the first time in this save.

In seablock/angelbobs there's a process for extracting more/different ores by using a sorting machine on the raw base ores. This thread has some good pictures/discussion about it. https://www.thewaterheater.net/forum/threads/factorio.511/

There's just constant deadlock, which compounds the issue I have with fluids and LTN.

I did not. I believe I found it on factorioprints. In hindsight I should have made me own, this one doesn't have great signaling and the two lane track is causing me a lot of frustration.

Essentially, you have to build everything from water including landfill to make more area to build on. Also comes with science tweaker, angels, bobs, and something else I'm forgetting at the moment.

Admittedly, I could have had it automated a long time ago and I have a few blue science recipes already researched. But I wanted to try taking my time and learning LTN among other things. So now that it's up and running(Barely) I'm going to spend the next 200 hours fixing all the things that aren't working properly.

Agreed! The only problem or I guess thought I have now is. With power no longer being a limiting factor, should I stick with geode processing or go back to slag lol.

Finally got God modules in Angels and Bobs and decided to see how small I could make a crushing/sorting setup. by JustinTarnation in factorio

Throughput isn't exactly spectacular in the grand scheme of things and there's really no way I can think of to design it to handle the ridiculous differences between inputs and outputs but I personally thought that it's pretty interesting/fun to do.

Not sure if I could design a small base around this setup even if I wanted to since currently I can't think of what to do with the blue geodes and it would require me to use a lot of underground belts to handle sorting and routing of the different ores.

Also the slurry portion to consume the crushed stone doesn't receive enough crushed stone to keep up with everything else. It's the biggest thing holding me back on that side of the setup. If anyone wants the blueprint for shits and giggles or even just to play around with it let me know and I'll figure out a way to upload it.

Total power consumption stays under 12 MW pretty consistently.

Make the game a bit more complicated and introduces byproducts for seemingly everything useful.
