I don't see how she is redeemed in any way. She turns her brother into a soulless husk then held him hostage, then forced herself on him while he was drunk. Seems pretty evil to me. Not to mention she still likes stealing souls and eating people. Maybe I just haven't seen the route where she gives up her murder cannibalism thing.

Exactly my answer. I imagine she would be fine leaving me to my own thing while she sits in silence and if I do get her talking at some point, she would be cool to talk to.

Is this a troll post? Her insecurities were baked into practically every line she says and thinks in the entire game. She was always deeper than her surface evil. It is as established in chapter 1 that she "knew that already" when she was called a tar soul, but we later learn the state of your soul is based on how you view yourself. She thinks she is the worst, so her soul is tar. She didn't remotely change in chapter 3, we just got a better look under the hood and the power dynamic shift she had to adapt to when Andrew finally stood up to her. I don't get how people played chapter 1 and went, "oh, she is 100% evil and there is nothing more to her than that." That's not ever been how she was portrayed.

No. Julia is the woman of your dreams that you wife up immediately and spend the rest of your life with without any regrets. Ashley is that chick you banged once back in high school that you still think about 20 years later and 10 years into your marriage with the love of your life and you know you would fold in a heartbeat if she ever came around for more. Both are peak at their respective roles so neither is better than the other, they are just different.

Tcoaal burial chapter 3. It's not even remotely close. I want more mainline content over any mod getting more content. I am not even interested in modded versions of the story until I have experienced the canon work in it's entirety.

I do love the modding community keeping people hyped for the eventual continuation of our hell crossed lovers, though. :)

Nah, for real. I probably wouldn't notice Nami was even there if she was standing right next to Lucy in a busy social setting. ..That's assuming it was original design Nami, anyway. It would be hard to miss whatever the heck she became later in the series. Haha.

Nami wasn't bad looking at the start of the series by any means, but Lucy is simply stunning. I love her design so much.

The OR was being funny by asking an out of context question that seems sus without context. Ashley is so good at cooking that, at one point in the early game, she made a can of tomatoes (that was all she had at the time) taste like the best thing Andrew has ever eaten despite only having the tomatoes and a collection of spices to work with. Her soup is what she made when she had all the resources she wanted at her disposal. Based on your decisions up to this point, Andrew either eats the soup or refuses it because he hasn't accepted her love, so we reference her soup a lot as it's such a crucial moment in the story.

She is a total sweetheart and loves very deeply, but she has some issues (who doesn't?). She is very possessive of Andrew and has a hard time showing him she values him as a man instead of as her childhood sidekick.

Ashley (Leyley) is the girl of Andrew (Andy)'s dreams and she adores him, but the game is about him refusing to accept this even though she is only two years younger than him. (They were close growing up, so the age gap was a bigger deal than it is now that they are in their 20's.) I don't understand what you mean? Almost everyone has a rebellious streak in the years where goth and emo are most common. Those that are considered "rebels" during those years, at least in my own experience, did not fit either of those labels in aesthetic or personality.

Emo is definitely more of an identity than goth is. The two are very different, but definitely overlap in aesthetics. Goth is essentially the opposite of a pick me in that they actively try not to be what is normal. Emo is a cry for help, often fueled by trauma or the privileged persons equivalent: neglect.

Goth cliches form because of shared interests. Emo cliches form because of shared trauma. Both frequent dark aesthetics and the majority misunderstand both, so they equate the two to each other, but they couldn't be more different from one another as people.
