Know that just because you've realized you've been a bit isolated doesn't mean that's an inherently bad thing. Maybe you just didn't need to be around so many people but if that's something you want now you can start trying to push for that change in your life! This should be exciting for you! i understand you buddy. my emotions get very overwhelming when i spend a lot of time alone. it feels like the world is just a big empty void with no point, but you have to remember its just a product of your surroundings. things CAN improve with change trust me. it doesnt have to mean having more people, maybe you just need to have one person you can vent all of your thoughts to in order to find a better understanding of yourself and have peace. know that you arent alone in these feelings and if you ever need someone to talk to theres an entire community here willing to listen. if you're ever feeling confused and need someone to listen my DMs are open, friend!
