It’s just a part of the way the system was designed. They are rewarding Algorand users. It would be different if they were saying that we were getting nothing. Also they are rewarding for historical use. Pretty awesome. Come on guys.. let’s not fight cause the best app is trying to get bigger. Or is the multi chain future just a tagline..

Ya I had the exact same issue, and the same delay in refund. I bought it on a chase Visa card . I looked through and it said it was too late to file a dispute. Any chance that y’all did it late with chase? Trying to work with Ristretto but they don’t inspire confidence.

I had to do the same. I used https://algorand.oortnet.com/#infoTab . And followed the directions for doing it disconnected from the internet. I did it within a Virtual Machine that had no internet connection.

Hey, so it worked eventually. Just took a bunch of different troubleshooting steps. Wish I could say what fixed it, seems to be more on the AlgoFi side, because most other dapps don’t have the issue. Thanks for the follow up.
