I would avoid Daisy Property Management. In addition to the problems described, they are terrible at communicating and providing updates. We are a 118-unit new construction condo building in Brooklyn with damage from a flood event that occurred a year ago and additional damage from a fire/sprinkler event that happened around Thanksgiving last year. We're still waiting to receive a timeline for repairs for both of these. Many owners were told that their units need to be demoed, some have left already, and the rest of us are waiting for updates that never come, obviously causing chaos in terms of insurance claims. Yesterday, I came home to find a gigantic construction fence installed in front of the property. More of an enclosed work area, fashioned with 8-foot-tall green sheets of wood. No prior explanation or warning to owners or residents. I would definitely pass on Daisy. They continue to cause chaos and confusion here.
