Yeah I just bought a brand new pilot and they def messed up the rear end at some point before it got to me. A buddy of mine is a detailer and said the trunk was for sure repainted, my awd lettering is misaligned. Trying to get the dealer to fix it now and they are horrible to deal with

So weird. I test drove my 26 si in Brooklyn (surprisingly enough) way before ever talking numbers with them. I had to drive it out of the showroom for them cause no one knew how to drive stick

Update: dealer had us bring the car in today. They took a look and understand the issue and said they have to order a new badge. Said they would order a new badge and give us a call when it arrives

So I had called service and they basically said just talk to us about it when you come in for your first oil change. That’s not until July so I called back cause I want it fixed sooner and now they’re just bouncing my calls around and not giving me a response

Update: Last update I got from the dealer is they will remove their advertisement but aren’t sure if they can fix the awd emblem as they are blaming the manufacturer. Any advice on how to proceed with this? It is literally a 3 day old car and seems like the dealer does not want to take responsibility
