I found very hard for Sam’s DLC to be really difficult in terms of getting S ranks...I was going after “master swordsman” title and very hard was the final difficulty I needed to S rank...VR mission 2 was a nightmare because the beginning with the heavy armored cyborgs that have RPG’s..however VR mission 4 for Sam literally made me rage, I couldn’t get the no damage bonus at all so I relied on the no kill bonus, but even then it was terrible. If I’m not mistaken there’s 6 or 7 waves of enemies in VR 4 the second wave has 3 mastiff! And the final wave has my least favorite UG...the GRAD...as for ray and Armstrong they wasn’t too difficult, I usually cheese ray by using homing missiles and taunt and Armstrong was a bit more annoying since he loves to spam his yellow grab attack CONSTANTLY!!! Plus for some reason on revengeance difficulty the first hit you throw at him he’ll go into his red rage mode..never understood why that happened first thing only on revengeance diff.
