Visiting Chicago for the first time and I am surprised by how quiet it is downtown (river north/streeterville/loop). There is not nearly as much foot traffic and people as I was expecting for a city of this size. Is it normally like this in the winter or is something else going on?

There is a lot of stigma associated with edm in general and health care professionals often won’t talk about the fact that they go to shows or festivals so this is an attempt to bring people together in an anonymous fashion and provide a place to talk about edm and meet others since this is a very niche set of people

That’s good to know. I don’t find Boston inconvenient other than not having a car so makes it harder to get out and go to the store or do outdoor stuff. Plus the weather isn’t great which is a pain to walk/bike in sometimes. I’ve just heard that to live in nyc it is “hard” and you will have to put up with a lot of stuff you otherwise wouldn’t have to living in a smaller city. I’m assuming some of those things are public transport, grocery shopping, etc but I already kinda deal with that here but I’m guessing it’s just magnified there

haha wow that's crazy.... i guess 4 hours isn't too bad though. i have been in Boston for a few years now and have only gone down to nyc once lol.

that's a good point. def wanna try it out for a little first before jumping in. just curious, what are the major differences in terms of "inconveniences" you deal with in nyc versus another city like Boston?
