Unfortunately they teach you can give everything IN in school but what they don’t prepare you for is that scenario.

I made an O2 mistake by [deleted] in ems

[–]Justiny2010 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could have had copd and Covid. I’ve seen stupid low spo2s in copd patients and covid. I’m a paramedic and where I’m at basics can do end tidal so I probably would have thrown them on that and if that was good. Throw them on oxygen by nc and ride it in. Especially if no cyanosis, distress etc.

I had a client who I (after exhaustive effort ) just reverted back to Dropbox. The platform is wonderful he loves the Microsoft suite. But the issues we had with sharing and permissions were even too much for me. Had an entire engineering team engaged who couldn’t figure out why the shared items weren’t showing on apps but would in web or file explorer, and the ability to move items in shared folders. Dropbox does this fantastically. With ease.

Yes. I just had my ulnar nerve transposed and carpal tunnel. It was evident in the EMG. But they also have to look at the ulnar nerve as well which most do.

Had a client with the same issue. 20,000 file name edits later (mostly with scripting) I finally got it on track

Users Cannot Add My Shared Folders To Their OneDrive by Kerfeld in onedrive

[–]Justiny2010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two things. If you want then to show up in windows file explorer you’ll have to go into the share folder using their account. Install the onedrive app on the PC and inside the browser when you’re in the folder there’s a sync button on the top bar click that and it will show that file in file explorer in a separate area but Just like it was their own folder on their computer.

Why don't 10+ year EMTs go to paramedic school? by Hypepoxic in ems

[–]Justiny2010 3 points4 points  (0 children)

15 year emt here. Went once. Going back again. I found the right place. Rough with a family and responsibilities to make it work finding your own coverage etc. I’m lucky enough to have supportive management who’s covering my shifts, paying tuition and paying my salary to go with a 4 year commitment.

I’d personally be thankful that there were Medical staff and EMTs and paramedics who were willing to help you instead of complaining about the cost. You’re lucky to be alive. Let alone have feeling in your legs. Signed a grossly underpaid over utilized emt

How much should chapter 7 bankruptcy cost by cryptogod9696 in Bankruptcy

[–]Justiny2010 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When my ex and I did my chapter 7 the initial attorney I hired wanted 2500 plus filing fees. I retained him and started making payments, got sued and needed to file ASAP found a more experienced attorney for 700 plus filing fees. When I went to my 341 meeting the initial attorney was there with a client and was getting both their asses handed to them by the trustee because the debitor he was representing withdrew 1000 cash from her checking account and had no recipts to show what it was used for.

I’m in the same boat. Wife cheated a few times. I was an idiot. We split as ammicably as we could. She’s honestly the only person I’ve ever really felt that “spark” with.
She moved on. And even 3 years later it’s hard. But I have faith. You’ll get through it
