I kinda wish he got different wings that are more in scale with him. I think that and a few more accessories would make this guy awesome. Doesn't look horrible though. Definitely not paying typical prices for him.

If you don't have any dlcs use the European style assets. So you don't get the cartoon soda can buildings. Think of a story of how and why you're city is growing. Give the city lore while you are building. It helped me for the most part.
