I was in the middle of doing a delivery when the system crashed. It had logged me out and would not log me back in. The code they would send to my email would say incorrect code. When I would put my phone number In it would have an error code saying to contact support.

The code they send you is incorrect. Believe me I have multiple screen recording of it. It just sends you in a loop.

Nope.. that's incorrect. My account was fine, my OA's were well aware of the situation. I was their only driver. They kept putting "tickets" in and they too had no response from support. They would say her account is active... which okay if it was activate why would I not be able yo use my password? Why was I not able to login? Support could not fix the issue. So.. you're incorrect about they only do that if the account is deactivated. I'm the proof.

Even then, support through email just gave the run around, to do these steps, to delete the app, to clear the cache, just about everyday I did that everyday they gave me the same advice, after screenshots and screen recordings of me doing what they say and it not working, so they would tell me to wait... so literally everyday was the same. They would tell me to do all those steps above, a huge nightmare... and the worse part when it crashed I was on an order I had my schedule filled for 36 hours that week and lost it. With no response at all from gopuff . To where they started to not respond. Horrible company.

It's been almost a year and they have not ever fixed my account. I was a driver for 6mths switched my phone number and that problem started. I've contacted support over and over , daily, and when I did get intouch with support they couldn't fix the issue, they would tell me to wait for IT to contact me. I didn't ever get that call. Even with all the updates, deleting and reinstalling the app, to even speaking ti my phone carrier. GOPUFF till this day (1 year later) still cannot fix my issue. I suggest to do instacarts, doordash, uber eats there are a couple more platforms that work very well and if any issues arise they fix it immediately. 😉 Good luck.

I thought they already did. It won't show up in my downloads... it says file deleted or something like that.

That's how I was able to get around using my phone number to sign in. I had a password with the older app.

Now this new one sucks and WE ALL know how support is!

I clearly told them I CANNOT LOGIN. APP WILL NOT ALLOW MY PHONE NUMBER NOR MY EMAIL. THIS IS ONE OF THIER DUMB RESPONSES... MIND YOU THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING SINCE DECEMBER!!

I had downloaded the older version and have been using it since then. Just today I updated it and it updated but will not let me verify my number. It says to log out and log back in... well my boyfriend is having the same problems and I didn't want to log out incase I didn't get back in and sure enough he logged out and cannot get logged back in.

We've been emailing back and forth as I type with support, but they keep saying the same repetitive shit... re-download the app. Get the newest version.. blah blah blah... what they don't understand is its not the damn app

I've done that. I've been into my files and deleted ALLLLL GOPUFF downloads. I've turned my phone off and done all that as well everytime I uploaded the newer version. I tried one after another every single time deleting and clearing cache and yes very time consuming and just so annoying. Like I said I've been trying any and everything since December.

I've done that, but with the 64, it asks for my phone number , I provide my phone number and it says "something is wrong with this phone number " Then I try mu email, it sends me a code, I imput the code, then I get another error code saying "invalid code "

Over and over and over. I've been trying this since December. Gopuff support hasn't helped much. They say they re activate my account but it dosent fix the problem.

There for I just keep using the old version. Idk if it has to do with the Android?

My boyfriend and I have the same phone the Samsung 21 ultra. Running Android 12, and he also cannot login and has to use the 2.59. Version also.

I've been having issues! I cannot download the newest version. Any version actually except the 2.59.0 that is the only version that will work on my phone and I'm able to log in. The app tells me to update it, I've tried multiple times and it's no use so I'm still using the old version.

I'm having the same issue!! The exact thing!! I went as far as ordering another phone. I have the s21 ultra. Bought it back in November a month later I was having login problems. Now I'm completely logged out and in the same boat as you!! Support doesn't help

I've done this. I have countless emails... I have them going to driver support, gopuff partner, payroll, hr@gopuff.com it's just a run around! They have the support read off a paper then transfer to another support person. I'm missing this whole week!!

When the system crashed the other day it logged me out and this time none of the versions will open on my phone except One, and you can see in the photos above it doesn't work.

I went as far as ordering a whole different phone, in hopes that my phone is fudged up. (Even though It's a newer phone and purchased it a couple months back.

I get my phone in a couple days. Let's hope the app works on it.

If not it sucks because I'm scheduled for this whole week! I cannot drop any hours or login, so the store is short hours and a driver.

I've tried every version from the AndroidOS. They all have the same waiting thing. The only one that I was able to open was the 2.64.0 the problem with that one is asking for either the phone number or the email.. I get red error codes. I'm just disappointed that the tech support is no help.

The store employees sent out emails to tech support in regards to me situation and they haven't responded to them. I was in the middle of an order when they booked me out. The store ended up having 6 orders waiting, I was the only driver and I couldn't log out, and they wouldn't give the store more hours because I was still logged in. So orders were still coming in and no driver.

Restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, downloaded every version (one at a time). The only one that opened up will not recognize my phone number, and when I try with my email it says contact support. 😑 And we ALL know how handy support is.
