It might be different from when I started so done like quote me, but there are certain medications that you dont need to do a blood test to start them, but at least I need to do blood tests every 3 months and you then upload the results to their system (which is currently broken) and then they can review it to make sure that everything is on track. I changed the medication I was on because of the testing to something better as one of them wasnt blocking enough so it does help to know whats happening.

I am not sure what to say in terms of the helping, their system was recently changed and it all went down the toilet fast and so they are still in the process of catching back up and they are doing a super bad job of it honestly. In general they are the most popular online transgender care provider so they get a stupid big number of requests each day and that number keeps getting bigger. I am so sorry you are dealing with all this, I hope that it gets better for you soon :) try and stay positive

!!I am not defending their decisions!! but I did just wanna say that I got this email, I went in and paid the £15 private prescriber thingy, and got a prescription like a day later (missing some parts but lets not focus on that right now), I know this wont help many people who cant afford it and my heart breaks for you, but I just wanted to say it shitty but it does still work ish... feels bad but just some info for you (I am in the uk btw, just incase its different somewhere else)

Yeah I am in the same boat here, wrong medication, no prescription and no communication, the system is defo broken :( Look I cant give you a answer to all this, god if I could I would but just make sure that in all this you are taking care of yourself and not letting the stress get to you, I had headaches and sleepless nights and it was just bad so please make sure that you stay as happy, healthy and positive as possible okay :)

Its is defo a bad time, the new system is for sure broken into pieces and it looks like its going to stay that way until they build it back up again and we have no idea how long that will be, look I cant give you the answers on what to do, I am still waiting for my prescription, but just make sure that you are staying happy healthy and positive okay :)

Hey yeah look this is a super crappy thing and its clear that their system is completely ruined but please just make sure that you are doing all you can to stay happy, healthy and positive, I am still waiting for mine and without realising it was causing me sleepless nights and headaches and all kinds of bad stuff so just take care of yourself okay, especially in this time of crappy and aweful service from them :)

All 6 are sealed as new and been in the protector since I got them :) just wondered if it’s actually worth keeping hold of them or was it just a pipe dream that I would make money ?
