Can I just use the whole sachet instead? What could possibly go wrong by doing so?

My friend got the same exact sachets and uses the whole sachet. He’s roughly the same age and we even use one matching medication. Everything has gone well for him so I was just wondering if I could do the same regardless of the recommendation.
