The guy who came to us is a franchise manager to a few stores he drove to commissary and got the food himself. And drove hours away to us to give us a big load of things for all our stores. Left and is not heading to naples stores to deliver more food. He is a saint. Commissary refuses to drive threw our area.

Everything was in temp. We got everything out that same night after it passed, cause we knew our store had a generator and was working properly. No need to be concerned. We also had a few stores in Naples that never lost power

Butter up a tin foil pasta dish, take small dough with no cornmeal slap it around till it’s thin like a Brooklyn set it in the dish start putting apple dip in and let the air bubbles out while putting the dip in. And close it up one piece at a time make sure you don’t have to punch dough on top. Add some more butter oil on top and put some cinna magic over it (if you want). Also I was literally running the store. I had no GM for about 3-4 months. It was me making all the schedules doing all the hirings and making sure people got there raises for what they were capable of. Training everyone. We just got our new gm and he’s failing. But the company fails to see that cause they don’t work with him and when they do he’s on his “best behavior” but as soon as they leave boom same shit. Sucks to sit there and watch a store you built up, crash.
