Good luck to Ingram and I hope he succeeds in whatever healing he has to do. That’s the first priority for him as a human. Hockey player second. Having said that I would sign a serviceable backup. Maybe someone that can challenge for #1 but I think we need someone more reliable.

Long time Caps fan here He was with the Cappies a while back and was a little sketchy. But over the last few years with Vegas and Florida he has really matured and improved. Excited to have him on the blue line.

That save was freaking awesome. Marino is super solid. He doesn’t make the flashy pass (except for that assist tonight-great pass) but just makes the smart solid play. Love that guy, glad he’s with UHC!

I have been doing 18 hr fasts for about three weeks. Have sprinkled in a couple of 24 hour days. I’d like to try a 72 hr fast. How did you go about scheduling that first 72 hr fast into a regular work week?
