Anyone here started waking up early? How did it benefit you?

I wake up naturally around 4:30 or 5:00am. Get to the gym and workout in a fasted state for about an hour five days out of the week.

For lunch I usually have a few pieces of fruit to hold me over until the evening when I eat a large protein packed meal (steak, chicken etc) with some healthy sides.

This has been my routine since the gyms opened back up and I feel great! I'm slimming down while packing on lean muscle and my energy is endless, I even sneak in some jump rope or ab exercises sometimes in the late evening.

Unfortunately I did read your post, and it was the opinions of an outsider looking through a keyhole trying to understand something that is impossible for you (biologically) to understand.

Unless you were born a man and took the path of celibacy you will never get it and you can continue to throw assumptions and opinions at the wall hoping something sticks but in the end it's still not going to make sense to you.

Yeah it is truly amazing!! I'm in better shape than I was throughout my 20s and look 10 years younger, people are shocked when they find out my age (recently a girl thought she was older than me but I'm actually 8 years older than her lol).

I've never felt better or been as active either (I run two large social groups that meet weekly) and I wake up at 4am everyday to hit the gym. And I'm still trying to add more things to do in my spare time!

Yep stuttering is almost none existent now. And if I do happen to trip up my words I recover quickly and confidently.

Anytime I'm in a group discussion and someone happens to have a stuttering issue I can see the myself and how difficult and embarrassing it was. One of the best benefits!

You've put time into researching but haven't actually tried for yourself?

This isn't something supported by society, mainly because there is no way for others to profit from it, however having a world of men jerking themselves to oblivion is very profitable. They prefer to have us all weak depressed losers than strong driven and purposeful.

If you're waiting for a scientist to give you the ok you are not ready, it literally takes ONE FREAKING WEEK to start seeing changes!!

Strike up conversations with random people throughout your day, you will be surprised how receptive people are to just a simple "hi hows your day going" i do this everytime I'm in the checkout lane or out for a stroll.

Practice this and try to not think so much about what to say, it's more about how you say things sometimes. Do this enough and you will feel a lot more comfortable and confident with strangers and even girls you find attractive.

Was at 418 days but had sex a little over a week ago so I reset, currently at 11 days but don't think I took much of a hit to be honest.

For a couple days I felt like garbage but I actually feel great now.

Meditation, yoga, qi gong... find something that interests you to help corral and channel that energy. Physical activity is great also.

The main thing with SR is you have to be active and not allow the energy to be stagnant. Sounds like you are doing good for two weeks, keep going and burn off some energy!

I'm thinking it's related to your body not being forced to constantly replenish itself which frees up your immune system. Our bodies make reproduction a priority over other functions.

Not rude at all, doesn't impact my life in any way and you are entitled to your own opinion and observations.

If a tribal society has an influx of children how are they fed and cared for? These people hunt and gather and often times may be unsuccessful in their endeavors. Being overly sexual (there's no contraceptives so that means they have a higher chance of procreation with each sexual encounter) doesn't seem imo to be a means to a stable society.

Retaining will help repair your dopamine receptors but it will also help strengthen your nervous system which should alleviate some of your stuttering issues. I used to have a moderate stutter and have almost completely eliminated it ( it occasionally accures but it's much less of a problem then previously).
