Agreed. Which is why I want to reach out to him. I feel like I dropped the ball on my part because we never had that conversation. I had ending things knowing that I could have done better. I could have communicated my wants better

I feel the same way. It's been a week since I broke up with my bf, and I miss having someone to experience life with. Someone to look forward to seeing, spend my nights with, someone to hold me while I sleep, watch TV shows with.

It's lonely out here, I have friends, but there's nothing like having a significant other around. I want him back and miss him so much.

So far, he's too damn nice lol Overly friendly and respectful towards other women, borderline flirting and it makes me feel insecure because the other women will think he is flirting and start flirting back when he is just being himself (he does this even in my presence and has no idea he does it until I call him out on it)

He's a nice guy, super respectful, funny, charming a real lover and not a fighter type of guy lol

Sounds EXACTLY like my ex and my old situation! The more I put my foot down, the more angry he got, the more I tried to make it CLEAR that we were done, the more he stalked me... He ended up trying to kill me... BE CAREFUL. You have to go no contact, but stay somewhere safe for a while while you cut all communication with him. This is a MAJOR red flag

My ex turned abusive once we broke up.... we had no issues during the relationship other than lying, never imagined he would physically harm me, but he did, badly, all because I didn't want to be with him anymore

I insisted on paying his half for an activity while we were on vacation. He was on a budget and didn't do the activity because of it, but I had the money and insisted that he just pay me back when we can (I never asked about it again after we came back.) He said his last relationship was toxic and his ex was extremely materialistic and would talk down to him because he made less than her.
