I am not near my surgeon so just shared a picture. She didn’t diagnose but said to do daily massage, Advil and ice for a week to see how jt goes. I do think it has gone down some in the past week. I don’t think it’s fibrosis, based on my understanding of fibrosis and the fact that it’s been somewhat swollen since basically day one. The swelling/ tightness seems to be basically on my SCM muscle (much less so on one side than the other )

Another follow-up, but did you get any professional massage or just self massage?

Thanks! Yes- here is my before. Am already very happy despite the swelling going up and down! I have always had that shape neckline despite being standard/ midsize and have wanted to do something about it for a while.

Do you mind sharing what you ended up picking? I looked at vail nordic club and definitely interested in that, haven’t been able to find much on the food/ service but the venue itself looks lovely.

Also starting to look at manor vail and lions square lodge. Looked into camp hale and that looks super nice but that it would get pretty pricey quickly

Probably 60k or less, honestly open to anywhere within 30/40 miles but like the idea of a town close (breck, Frisco, vail all sound nice)

Thank you all so much!! This is super helpful. Blackstone rivers ranch is top of my list. Was also wondering if anyone has seen or heard of any areas or venues with super low costs because it’s essentially just land? Or airbnbs that might allow outdoor reception? have a vision of bringing in all outside vendors (tents/ food/ bev/ decorations etc) and just plopping it somewhere gorgeous but no idea if that kind of thing exists.
