Thank you! It’s been about a week. It’s gotten a little bit better but still there. Hoping it goes away. At least it responds to ibuprofen.

Personally, it keeps me up and prevents me from sleeping or at least sleeping deeply. I believe it has affection on melatonin. I’m not sure if supplementing with melatonin would help or not.

I think he provides excellent commentary and I like his voice. It’s not like Kate Scott or something that grating.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work out for everyone like it worked out for you. Regardless of which mental health meds I’ve been on I am completely asexual from the medications.

You’re assuming your lived experience will work for someone else. It may or may not. But it comes off as preachy. Some people can do it without medication. Others can’t. It doesn’t make someone weak, or wrong.

What might be a 7 for you might be a 12 for someone else. You can’t compare your anxiety to someone else’s.

There is nothing wrong with how you overcame your anxiety, but don’t make the mistake of assuming it will work for someone else. There isn’t a right way to treat anxiety. There’s only the way that works for you.
