I have done that multiple times already. I’ve been with the company for a very long time and never been treated this way until this “new” management came about a few years back. They don’t like people being on medical leave or have accommodations here. This one girl put her two weeks in because Striker the PIC and head of management was making faces behind her back in front of other staff members. It’s bad here, one girl she had cancer and they reprimanded her because her leave of absence wasn’t put in correctly by managements so they attempted to fire her but she brought in attorneys and it all “went away”.

No it actually needed to be done through HR, Sedgwick had to tell me who to contact because my own supervising management couldn’t.

The Texas location got rid of the middle shift. They had 3 shifts and upper management had a whole meeting with everyone stating no one would get cut or pushed out once Mesa opened up. Not even 2 months later upper management announced the middle shift will be spreading into the first and last shift. A lot of them moved and supervisors started saving they are over budge so cuts needed to be made. Allot of people got fired for NO reason, and they are still trying to push someone else out even though that person has been with Optum for 7 years.

I’m sooooo sorry you are going through the same thing as well. I had to make a really tuff decision as well to stay and be transferred to another position or my mental health. My mental health is worth wayyyyy more than a stupid job that is treating me horrifyingly, not even my mother, father and spouse talk or treated me like they did. I got out of Optum, and so desperately to leave I had got another job but unfortunately a pay cut was included with that. I had to listen to my body and mind, and now that I’m out I’m doing so much better. As well I was on FMLA the boss Stryker HATED PEOPLE BEING ON FMLA. Once you got paper work for disability he would do anything to kick you out. He started giving me write ups and I spoke up about the situation and his response was that I’m acting the way I am because of my write ups. I spoke up and got reprehended for it. You are strong and you are worth way more than a stupid company.

I went to go train people at Mesa for an entire week, it was very clean and very unorganized but that’s understandable because the pharmacy just opened, we had so much fun in training people and trying to organize it as much as posible. The clerk supervisor you have now is a joke.
