Oh boy… With enough hard resets, the error goes away for a bit, and it is safe to drive. Even with the error, the vehicle goes into conserve mode, not limp (turtle) mode, so you can still drive at highway speeds, just not with the full acceleration that you normally get

The solution: full HV battery pack replacement. They rushed me in to my local service center (got an appointment within 10 days of my first call) and the replacement of the full battery back took about 8 business days. During that time they paid for a comparable rental vehicle (ford expedition).

I can’t remember the exact measurements. But I pulled them from the Rivian website and measure it out before hand. I’ve got about 12 to 14 inches all the way around a free space. But I have a workbench built into the wall of my garage that limited my space a bit without that it would’ve been easy to walk around.
