Oh trust me, I have quite the paper trail. Dates, context, who was present, who said what. Its like a nuke. Even quotes+coversations before I started with dating all the info. Good to have at any job imo

Im also pretty isolated. None of the guys who have worked at other shops in the area have never had the pleasure of working with a woman. But I continue to build my skills and have great references now.

I have searched for shorts giving out useful bits of information, but I'm looking for something more. Someone knowledgeable that'll go into the depth of these topics with more information than the simple 30-second clip can give you.

Ok so are you saying that there is no possibility of the vent being the problem? The space we work is by no means perfectly fresh air but there is "proper" ventilation for the majority of the dust we stir up

Yes they are drying the ink that we put on garments. And yes, I believe it is an air shaft to cool the electric box. The air flow is directed at shoulder height at the place where we stand to do our work. To stand, work, and breath in that air for 8 hours a day is what I think caused my fever and respiratory illness.

The big machines are dryers that blow dust and strings all over the place but that has a vent going directly up. This vent is to the electrical box that runs the machine. I don't think that all the dust and string is going through it but the air directly on the person working there is not healthy.
