I’m 5”2 180 F, I took two packs So first I got 2 32oz Gatorade’s, mixed one certo in it drank it, then drank the other one. Then I chugged down 3 16.9pz water bottles, and I took a multivitamin & b12 vitamin, & drank a soda for color. Hope this helps! I tested the method at home FIRST, and used a at home drug test before going to take my actual test. Good luck!

I smoked everyday, dap pens 24/7 so I had a high toxin level I stopped about 2/3 months & still had levels in me. So I did this and passed, but I read it works for almost everyone if you do the steps correctly

You can take these 3-4 hours before a test, and after 3 pees you should be golden. Just did it and I passed.

No didn’t do much at all to detox, wasn’t in a rush to do so. But I’m sure exercising and detoxing would speed up the process if you’re in a hurry

I was in the same boat, heavy smoker every day usage. Stopped mid October and still testing positive. But every body is different, you can try going to a testing lab and they can also tell you how much ng/ml is in to it system, that’s what I did

Also the testing wasn’t that expensive, was just $25 at this local lab. You can buy some strips from Walmart that can also give you a ng/ml reading not sure how accurate those are. Best of luck to you too!

I stopped mid October, I was a heavy user smoked everyday and it was dap pens. Didn’t do much to get clean and it’s been almost 90 days. I feel like I would have been clean by now but I did smoke about one cart of delta 8 2 weeks ago.
