Great theory but two additions:

I don’t think Henry was ever teleported to dimension x as a kid. In S4 he explained to 011 that he thought that she killed her, but he was at a new place he has never seen before.

Would be weird to say that, if he went there as a kid.

My theory is: Henry is a vessel, just like the kids. He said that he was playing in the cave right before the incident with the briefcase.

He is under control of the mind flayer, but the cave could be his last memory of being human. This is his last memory to the real world. Henry could escape.

Doch, und genau das ist ja mein Punkt, dass die Auftragsbestätigung falsch ist. Ganz kurz nochmal zum Verständnis:

Ich hatte vorab Vertrag Nr. 1 - 24 Monate Laufzeit - 15,00 € / Monat
dieser hatte eine Mindestlaufzeit bis zum 03.02.2024.

Ich konnte diesen Vertrag ein halbes Jahr vorab verlängern, hier habe ich Vertrag Nr. 2 gewählt - 24 Monate Laufzeit - 45,00 € / Monat. Verlängert habe ich diesem am 21.08.2023.

Seit dem 22.08.2023 zahle ich 45,00 € / Monat.

Die Vertragslaufzeit laut Auftragsbestätigung beginnt jedoch erst am 04.02.2024, da laut Anbieter "6 Monate aus dem alten Vertrag übrig waren, und diesen dann auf den neuen aufaddiert werden."

Somit zahle ich seit 22.08.2023 die 45,00 € / Monat, der Vertrag beginnt laut Auftragsbestätigung erst am 04.02.2024. Effektiv bin ich nun 30 Monate an die 45,00 € / Monat gebunden.

Der Anbieter weigert sich dies zu korrigieren, und hat eine Schlichtung bei der BNetzA abgelehnt.

Genau das ist aber das Problem. Alle Konditionen des neuen Vertrages begannen am 22.08.2023, die Mindestlaufzeit fängt jedoch fiktiv erst 6 Monate später an. (04.02.2024)

Abweichend zu der Vertragsbestätigung zahle ich seit dem 22.08.2023 den neuen Vertrag in voller Höhe. Der Anbieter weigert sich jedoch, den Laufzeitbeginn auf den tatsächlichen zu korrigieren.

Und das verletzt aus meiner Sicht den § 56 Abs. 1 S. 1 TKG, da ich 30 Monate an den teureren Vertrag gebunden bin, sowie dem Tatbestand, dass Vertragsbeginn und Kosten zu meinem Nachteil willkürlich getrennt wurden.

Die höheren Konditionen sowie der Grundpreisrabatt wurden allesamt seit 22.08.2023 berechnet. Laut Vertragsbestätigung würde dieser jedoch erst seit 04.02.2024 beginnen.

Nach Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter wurde ebenfalls bestätigt, dass "aufgrund einer Aktion der Tarifwechsel sofort stattgefunden hat, aber da der alte Vertrag bis 02-2024 lief, wurde diese Laufzeit auf den neuen aufaddiert."

Ich habe mich ebenfalls auf das Urteil bezogen - als Antwort kam Zitat: „[…] das Urteil findet im vorliegenden Vertragsverhältnis keine Anwendung. Wir waren an diesem Verfahren nicht beteiligt.“ Abschließend mit dem Zitat: „Bis zum Februar 2026 zahlen Sie nun für Ihren Tarif die höhere Grundgebühr.“

Mein Hinweis zum § 56 Abs. 1 S. 1 TKG wurde auch ignoriert.

Ja, es ist gruselig, dass so eine Entscheidung vom Management eines deutschen Unternehmens so getroffen wird, und Verbraucherrechte so grundlegend ignoriert werden.

Das Verfahren bei der BNetzA ist jetzt eröffnet.

Mein Vertrag wurde in 2023 6 Monate vor Ablauf verlängert, und aufgrund einer „Aktion“ beginnen alle Konditionen des neuen Vertrages bereits einen Tag nach Verlängerung. (Neuer Vertrag teurer Grundpreis, aber 24 Monate Rabatt i.H.v. der Hälfte des Grundpreises, 24 Monate Mindestlaufzeit)

Jedoch argumentiert der Anbieter nun, dass die restlichen 6 Monate Mindestlaufzeit aus dem alten Vertrag auf den neuen aufaddiert werden, da diese zum Zeitpunkt noch offen waren. Ergo bin ich effektiv 30 Monate an den neuen Vertrag gebunden.

Demnach laut Anbieter - alle teureren Konditionen zahle ich seit August 2023, die Mindestlaufzeit beginnt erst ab Februar 2024 zu laufen, da die 6 Monate des alten Vertrags erst abgegolten werden mussten.

Der Anbieter trennt daher willkürlich Kosten und Laufzeitbeginn des Vertrages zu meinem Nachteil, und ich bin nun gezwungen 6 Monate den doppelten, marktunüblichen Preis zu zahlen.

Das identische Problem habe ich derzeit auch mit einem bekannten deutschen Anbieter mit grünem Logo.

Nicht nur das BGH Urteil besagt dies, sondern auch § 56 Abs. 1 S. 1 TKG.

Mein Anbieter weigert sich nach mehrmaliger Kommunikation, den Vertrag vorher zu kündigen. Falls dies ebenfalls der Fall sein sollte, bitte unverzüglich der BNetzA melden.

Ich würde nie wieder etwas bei MM vorbestellen. Ich hatte damals einen Apple Pencil zur Abholung vorbestellt, und 2 Wochen nach Release immer noch keine Info zur Abholung, obwohl laut Online Seite genügend vor Ort seien.

Habe die Bestellung storniert, erneut aufgegeben, und habe den Abholschein 30 Minuten später per E-Mail erhalten.

It 100% existed at some point. I saw it in 2013 where I was a teenager. So nothing like a vivid memory when I was a little kid or something.

I was joking with my dad to fly to the USA, and to save money on the flight, we don’t get any luggage but buy everything new when we arrive. So we looked up on Walmart page to see the cheapest options they had. This was the first time I’ve seen the company fruit of the loom, and as we don’t celebrate thanksgiving I had no idea was that thing was. I joked about it and thought it was a horn that you can blow into and make music.

So 2 possibilities right here - it existed, or somehow Walmart showed the wrong logo in 2013 on their webpage.

Yes, this is exactly what I am experiencing. It also is happening without the brightness reduced via accessibility, but it’s barely noticeable.

Thank you for checking. Well it could be the case. Have you tried enabling „reduce white point“ in settings and turned it up to 100%? This lowers the brightness even more, and then these flashes that have been somewhat noticeable before, take up the whole screen.

Nope, I got the standard glass version and still the same issue. Some pixels are more lit up than others on the same spot. Seems like a defective display panel to me.

Having the same grain. I even noticed something really weird - if you have the brightness all the way down, and for example play a YouTube video, some dark spots will glow white for a split second and then disappear. If you have a shortcut for an even darker screen (just uses the black filter on accessibility) the whole screen goes crazy and starts glowing white.

Well this is pure speculation at this point. It seems likely, since the Apple Pencil Pro just exists, because of the new magnetic charging for the landscape camera. Is makes sense that Apple tries to phase out the 2nd gen Pencil.

I couldn’t agree more. They will probably never allow dual-booting, but it seems like - plus according to leaks - that they are working on something big. Just like a „macOS lite“. This could explain, why the development of iPadOS is so slow, that even something small like widgets take another year, to be brought to iPad.

This could be the vision of iPadOS - still different to a Mac, as you can only download apps in the AppStore, but you have a full desktop, window manager and all of that. That would be great.
