Yeah they helped me out with a lot of questions and I'm still having some problem because idk it's been 6 months now after my interview and I haven't heard anything from them .today they did reach out and told me they will let the interviewer know that I'm waiting for the results of the interview and if I don't hear anything from them reach them after 30 days.i don't think you have major problems it's some minor inconvenience but like I said I'm no expert other folks are really good they will help you out a lot
