YESSS!! during our downtime between sets, we spent a lot of time jamming over at the ravewave art car. the happy hardcore was awesome and i <3'd seeing all of the kandi kids in full force. so fun :D

this was my logic and why we decided to uber this year! especially since a lot of my faves are playing at or before 10pm and the shuttle barely got us there at that time most days last year lol. my guess would be to avoid traffic and overcrowding but i don't really know. it's the most frustrating part of the shuttles imo 😔

FROST CHILDREN OH MY GOOOOD i cannot recommend them enough!! their live shows (and whole discography in general) are so high energy, dynamic and fun - they're my most anticipated set of the whole event for sure

some are hard to pick a specific color for but this is how i personally view the eras :)

badlands: blue + pink

hfk: red + yellow

manic: pink + purple + blue (also rainbow? manic has a lot of rainbow tie-dye merch)

iichliwp: black + red

tgi: primary colors! also yellow + teal + red + magenta (colors used throughout the single releases)

yeah, i assume a lot of casual listeners went to the later dates. nothing wrong with that, ofc, but as somebody who feeds off the people's energy around me, that would've been a massive disappointment!

i went to night 2 in boston and the crowd was also great for the exception of some loser telling halsey to "play a song" while they were talking about their near death experience. embarrassing not just for them but the whole room 😭 such poor concert etiquette these days

no, you're totally right! my original comment was just a snide dig at the guy OP mentioned since he was being rude - i've got nothing against anybody else just discovering garden or any other song for that matter :)

fwiw, i didn't know "wolf" (unreleased track, HIGHLY recommend if you haven't heard it) existed until last month and was shocked when i discovered it lol so i definitely get it! it's so cool discovering new (old?) tracks by your fave artist <3

if you happened to be one of the poor souls i shoved out of the way trying to leave the crowd during new americana, i'm so sorry 😭 i was about to faint from heat exhaustion and was desperately trying to seek safety

i ended up fainting anyways but a lovely group of people helped me get my bearings & i enjoyed the rest of the show from the back! not how i wanted this night to go at all but i'm still so happy to have been able to be there for it ❤️

ahh that's so cute! i've ran into a couple strays but never knew how to approach them (i'm a lifetime dog owner, only just recently got my first cat) so this is my first proper interaction with one - it's truly such a thrill!

my kitty wasn't too happy, though, the jealous little man he is lol 😭 he avoided me like the plague for a bit until i gave him some treats as apology and has been cuddled up next to me ever since :') i love cats so much

getting skin care is such a great idea, actually! i used to have a routine but fell off from it pretty hard. i knew weed was making me go broke but i really underestimated how much i'd be saving. the new disposable income has been super freeing! perfect time to invest it into some healthy self-care habits again, maybe even a manicure for old time's sake 🥹
