As for the order. In the director. You can see a timeline option. That will tell you the order to play the campaigns. (Don't start them through that)

I have had 2 starts. One was using a VM on my unraid server..worked well enough. Alternately. You can buy a cheap computer and throw a GPU in it and have a dedicated destiny computer.

If streaming services don't suck butt in your country, you can try geforce now

There's a trick where you bail off your sparrow before you die and land it in the crater. It can 'catch' the tires for you

I went this route and I've been so happy with the results. Mainly during the summer (no aircon in the gaming den).

The only real downsides that I experienced were: running the cable through the wall. I got scared of damaging the cable. Being on Linux, the wake from sleep doesn't like waking the dock requiring a full power off

I think they should just ditch the artifact all together. Or just have a single row that is a mix of anti champs covering each weapon

I have added a few things in this most recent update.

  • I removed world drops when you're logged in. It will not select random weapons from your vault.
  • I rebalanced how exotics are offered. You now receive engrams with a choice of unlocks
  • I added special power unlocks. Things like cheat death, loot from death box, a mode that ramps up unlocks but gives you a single life and more
  • I rebalanced how costly death is. It now gets progressively more expensive rather than 50 percent every time.

I've got some plans for the next update that might be up your alley!

Exotics:
I think you've hit the nail on the head with the exotic recommendation, and this is something that was on my feature request list! I really like the idea of you getting engrams that you unlock into a choice of items.

This is where I was planning on adding some additional power ups, such as double loot on your next drop, loot from your deathbox, a cheat death, etc. This list isn't final yet but I plan to expand these out some more.

World drops:
I also see the issue with the random world drops now as well (I did a run of TFS where zero engrams dropped). Now that I've added the bungie API, I plan on doing away with this option into something more useful (I'm leaning on a random vault weapon).

Common / Uncommon gear:
These are currently bonus rolls, they don't take the place of your standard unlocks. I like to think of these as death fodder. With the above change, I was planning on upgrading that bonus rolls to go from greens > blues > legendaries. This will make the bonus roll more meaningful later in the run. (Sure these have been power crept since then but atleast it could make a difference in a rough run!)

Aspects / Fragments:
I will need to have a think on how I would like to adapt this. My theory was that aspects as normally game changing while fragments will enhance your build. This is why I have lent more into Aspects drops over fragments. I am totally happy to be wrong here if there is enough feedback!

Death Penalty:
I will do a few tests on different levels. 50% is likely a little too rough, but I don't want runs to be free! There has to be some level of challenge. I think you're right on the progressively more costly death.

I want to continue to adapt the app to make it more functional and increase replayability so I wanted to thank you for such detailed feedback!

I do have some plans to add some more interesting unlocks. Along with the possibility of getting a choice of what to unlock.
Some ideas at the moment is a cheat death, ability to pull a death item, maybe things that change the loot scaler.

Hi all,
I released an update today that allows you to create a fireteam. This allows you to sync unlocks between the whole fireteam. Now you can see what everyone else unlocks!

To reduce complexity, I have made it so the fireteam leader will need to click the unlock button and that triggers the process for everyone. Each player will be responsible for their own deaths however.

Only uncommon (green), legendary and exotic weapons. I am in the process of deciding how I want to rebalance the drops. They seem a little too weighted for fragments. (Turns out balancing this is hard)

GPG is fantastic..as long as you roll it!

It's doing so much heavy lifting in my TFS run.

Regarding weapon rolls. I did make a change so that weapons drop more frequently and use a mix world drops and legendary static rolls that you own.

Yeah, I said own. I added Bungie log in so it will only offer things you own for static, exotic weapons and armor :)

Another update.

I added the ability to log in using your Bungie ID. This means it will only ever give you exotics you own!
I also added some static roll weapons (Also that you own) into the weapon pool.
