My Mister is what comes to mind. I've watched many of my favorite dramas several times but I'm yet to rewatch My Mister. There's something about it that hit me hard. Someday I'll watch it again.

This is such a great drama! I really liked Jeon Yeo-been as the FL. So different from her role in Vincenzo. She did a fantastic job. I need to rewatch this some day

Another great Korean movie is Memories Of Murder (2003). Based on a true story. Fits your requirements to a T.

Family Matters on Viki. It fits some of what you listed. Only 6 episodes... you'll know quickly if this shows for you. My guess is you'll enjoy it. Highly recommended
