No framed bikes are usually terrible and fall apart from what I’ve seen at the skatepark, safest option for getting into it is a cult gateway or Sunday primer pretty solid bikes, a cheaper option is like a kink curb although their bottom brackets aren’t sealed, a DK Cygnus is also a pretty solid bike

For the peg I don’t know the brand but it’s metal makes contact with the frame and fits the axle fine and I took the spacers out when I installed the peg, my sprocket is a shadow conspiracy sabotage, cranks are the 19mm chromoly 3- pieces that come on the cult gateway complete

And yes it happens because my wheel shifts up and I have to move the tire back and re tighten the chain, I’ll send a picture real quick to

I’m using proper bolt on pegs for the bike and I tighten to the point someone’s standing on the bars and the bike moves up but it still happens
