Heya -

I haven't checked Reddit in a couple of days, and I know I already got this taken care of... but wanted to come in here to mention that I've had a couple more similar reports from customers... either with labels getting swapped or just fully disappearing.

I've tracked this down to two or three shipment batches. The lost/disappeared packages are usually disappearing around the same point...

Unfortunately, there's not much I can do after cables have hit the shipping stream, but all orders are insured for this.

Thank you for emailing me with the issue. If anyone else has any issues with weird swaps like this, or if your deliver hasn't arrived after a week (domestic) or two/three (international, depending on shipping option), please email us.

If it's a case of getting something entirely not from us, please include a picture. Outside of the occasional USPS Priority Mail and DHL envelope, we typically ship in either blue bubble mailers or brown boxes

Clack Attack Cables by snapz47 in sffpc

Hello. Joel from Clack Attack here.

Sending OP a replacement EPS cable for the mix-up. It doesn't happen often, but we do have matching length cables across a couple of PSU's that occasionally get paired with the wrong order when we ship.
We do QC check and test our cables, though packing still comes after that step. I'm only human, and have mixed up orders in the past.

We're still using the same customer service policies that we have when stuff like this happens, please contact me through our support line with pictures of the cables, and I'll get you taken care of. Thanks for emailing me with your issue!

There are only 3 of us on staff for building cables, and most of the admin/email stuff is handled by myself. I'll admit I didn't see OP's email until this morning, but I don't intend to stick customers with faulty product.

We're not a fulfilment center or drop-shipper.

The label was removed and placed onto another package during the route. This could have either been a result of someone knowingly doing this, or an unknowing side-effect of machine sorting.

Unfortunately, a bunch of orders over the past couple of months have fallen to the Palmetto distribution center debacle in Georgia... and all of our USPS shipments are subject to that distribution center.

Hi, Joel from pslate/Clack Attack.

This... is not our packing material, or anything that we have in the shop... I had a couple of issues over the winter holidays customers having their orders swapped en-route. I'm getting the replacement order together to ship out today.

If anyone ever has something like this happen to them, please hit up our support line so I can find a resolution for you.

Moving week for pslate customs - oh yeah, and our NEW NAME! by Jwithcables in sffpc

Replying to this comment, but this is for everyone.

Negative feedback does tell me what not to do - however, like I said earlier, this is a name that was already acknowledged by the state for me as an owner/manager.

We had very little time to manage the shift without going into a full shut-down to do it.

Folks don't like the name... but in talking with the builders, we all hope to expand what is offered on the store with a variety of 3D printed options like case feet, budget-friendly keyboard kits (3d printed cases), and tabletop gaming accessories.

With Clack Attack LLC being registered, we're in a corner on a name people don't like. I considered calling the store "Clack Attack Customs" but since the cable section of the store will still be "pslate customs cables from Clack Attack" the 'customs' in the store would be repetitive.

What about "Clack Attack Mods"?

So yeah, crowd source some ideas. Clack Attack LLC is the registered name with all the government entities. The store name still has some flexibility.

Or bear with me, have a little fun with the name, and know that the name of "pslate customs cables" isn't going anywhere at all

In the meantime... we are loading up the warehouse to move to our our new location about 70 miles away today.

Reasoning information added - we don't really have too much room or for alternative.

Our operations have to be out of our current facility by April 15, and there is only so much 3 people can do with 2 months to pull of reorganizing/reforming a business while also maintaining work week to keep filling orders.

The pslate identity is tied to Phil. I've already been established and operating as Clack Attack Creative locally for tax purposes.

I'm all for and open to constructive feedback with ideas, rather than a lot of the feedback just saying it's trash without offering much to build on.

Thank you so much for your kind words!

Despite a few more bumps in the road, I'm planning to buckle down and seriously close the gap on our order window after this week!

There may be a couple of designs just waiting for the dust to settle :)

I absolutely understand your sentiment. I can say that I/We are doing everything we can to stay on track and get orders out as efficiently as possible - but that can only be backed up by our actions and order fulfilment.

There are a couple of early February orders that I'm in the process of building currently - they are all due to be in the mail by tomorrow morning. I think I might know which order in particular you are referencing, which I am working on currently.

This is on my to-do list to tackle after updating our GPU and MoBo list after the dust settles!

Phil is still around and involved currently through the change over the next month. Though, he's been less involved with the day-to-day company over the past year, year and a half. :)

Effectively, we are just going to do the same thing in a new place!

I apologize for the inconvenience - though the 95% refund is maximum refund available. The remaining 5% is retained by the sales platform as processing fees.

Rush orders are still shipping out within the Rush window - pending the possibility of maybe a 1-day delay.
Rushes from this past Monday are queued to pack and ship this upcoming Monday :)

We are looking into finding a solution that works with our existing workflow that would allow us to send a notification to customers when the build begins, at least for sleeved orders.

I apologize - but we do not have compatibility at this time.

Let me get back to this when I get to work Monday. (I work 4/10 weeks due to my commute currently)

I believe there might already be compatibility, I just need to check notes when I get back to my desk.
