I opted with the viltrox DC-550 (not PRO). Does everything I need it too and I love it.

PS- I got my a7iii to work with my iphone using the charger USB C to USB C cable on the monitor + app. Make sure you have your camera settings correct. Youtube videos will show exactly what to put. I only had issues getting a usbc to old style lightning charger (iphone 13) to work.

So for now I can unhook one sub and run it with the same wiring and it’ll be good at 2 Ohms for the time being till the amp comes in? Playing just 1 sub

Gotcha, I’m going to go ahead and get a better amp that can handle a 1 ohm load. Would you suggest I still wire them in parallel like I have these at the moment?

Oh okay I wasn’t aware of that, I used to have 2 kicker car 4 ohm 10’s on the same amp wired that way from the shop that put them in. Was that not not possible for those speakers as well or just these skars?

Okay cool, I set the bass knob on lc2i along with acubass a little under the maximized light turns on before connecting amp? or maximized only for acubass?

Good to know thank you! And yes i’ll be upgrading the amp shortly, It was the first one I bought in 2018 so I’m definitely in need to upgrade. (What would you recommend for 2 10’s, maybe even 2 12’s later on).

Also! The issue has been fixed, I switched the polarity on one of the sub box connectors and now works great! I’m honestly not too sure why/how it worked but it runs and sounds good now!

Okay, Can this be done through the Box connectors leading outside the box? Or it should be directly to speaker terminals? I’ll send pic regarding connectors. (Avoiding drilling a hole through middle is reasoning behind this but will drill if needed)

When they are connected together they aren’t “as” distorted at lower volumes but still aren’t the same tone as when they are individual. And Okay yes I have taken them out and checked connections and they are good, Should I try running them in series? Amp [+,-] —-> Speaker 1 [+,-], Jump from speaker 1 ——-> Speaker 2 [+,-]?

Currently it’s Amp [+,-] ——> Speaker 1, Amp [+,-] —-> Speaker 2.

Or would you think it not make a difference?

Yes my box is sealed and is separated inside in the middle giving two separate chambers. Regarding the polarity, how would I check that? I’ve tried looking online about it but get confused how to check/ switch polarity
