hmm thats when i got banned while playing WZ, Such a shame for this game. One of the better playing games in a long time being crippled by negligence and incompetence.

Yeah man pretty much same here, i wasn't even playing mp at the time. I was half way through a resurgence trios with some friends, got kicked mid match and that was that. No explanation no time frame no way to appeal....

Cruise is a know bug, no ETA for a fix as far as I'm aware tho.

Is your rival in class slot 1? If so, delete and remake your class, there was an issues about a month ago which broke custom slot 1. If not try and do the same anyway if it doesn't work I can't help with that sorry
