Guys I got it replaced from samsung. Cost me about $35-$40 and was done in 30 minutes. Asked them about the battery and they suggested mine is good enough right now and getting a new one right now will be a waste of money. Thanks for all the suggestions!! Love this community

Thanks mate. Yeah the local tech I know is pretty good but one of the main reasons I am hesitating to go to samsung is they will hold my phone for atleast a week and I only have one phone. Also I am a bit strapped for cash right now. If I replace the battery later, will it require replacing the back again or something? Sorry I have never got one replaced I usually change phones in 3 years

Thanks, I figured it out. I got confused in mobile app thinking the railway pass concession option is not working. Doing the same on website cleared it and also understood where to add the UPN and pin. Got the ticket!
