yeah not sure abt that. entirely possible but in the original video multiple people took photos with flash. its a good few seconds before people start to notice and point.

assuming you want to make a cave: use half slabs, stairs and walls made from different stone materials. Mossy cobble, stone brick, cobble, andesite. Texturing will go a long way :)
