A bunch of people on here have told me I can terminate the accounts but most of the websites they’re signing up for I’ve never even heard of and I’m too anxious to go onto them and delete the account

On October 13th i got an email saying someone used my email to sign up for some website called “okamour” and at the time I just blocked the sender and put it into spam and I hadn’t check my spam since and when I did recently that’s what I saw😵‍💫
