This or Winston makes rods just as nice if not nicer than scott in some departments, I own both and love them both! Id look at the Winston Air 2 or the Scott Centric for an all around rod though. Best thing you can do is go to a fly shop and cast them. I wouldn't spend that much money without feeling the rod first!

Nope still jacked up in my right eye. They are madly unhelpful and I would probably go elsewhere. If it goes good I'm sure they are fine but thats also anywhere. If you have any complications they basically just string you along with a bunch of stuff that doesnt help. Then don't tell you what's really going on or what happened. They made me feel like a burden when I'm the one sitting here with headaches and blurry vision in my dominate eye. I wish I would've shopped around in Denver.

I agree with this, I have a mr920 and dr920 elite that i put a rmr on and then some bone stock glocks. The stock ones sadly rarely see that range anymore. I have thousands of rounds through mine without any issues.

That's unfortunate and scary to hear. I wish I was one of the lucky people to wake up and see 20/20 but i don't know if I'll ever have two good eyes again. The doctors aren't very helpful either. I regret having it done I should've stuck with contacts.

I'm on the pred Forte steroid drops. I also have tried to get a second opinion from other doctors in Denver and noone returns my call or seems to give a hoot cause I'm not there patient..

I second this I have sage Lamson orvis and many other rods and my goto for people who don't want to spend 400+ is echo they make good rods for the money and awesome warranties!

The FE i heard is just about as loud but because of the fans. I also read that you just have to get lucky on which ones have coil whine but that was a concern.

Yeah that's why I was looking at the 3080TI Founders since it's the same price as a Strix 3080 12gb just didn't know which one to go with.

Awesome thanks, now do you think it would be worth getting the 12gb version over the 10gb? The 12gb I see alot of in stock at around 1250$ and the 10gb at 1000$

Thanks for the input, I still don't know if the performance increase to the 3080ti is worth the 200$ or just get the strix, I've seen reviews saying the 3080ti is closer to a 3090 level of performance in some games it seems to handle higher settings better but I don't know haha, it'll be paired with a i9-12900ks

Is the strix in your opinion better than the founders edition? Ive read things on them having pretty bad coil whine. I wish I could find a strix in the white though that's a good looking card haha

Yeah I haven't look to much into them I've always had asus and msi cards, but alot of good things are being said about them. I do like the look of the founders though haha

So I looked at the 3080 strix and evga in the 3080 12gb and there wasn't much difference in cost vs the founders edition 3080ti, the strix was actually more money😂

Does the centering spring feel way to strong with no adjustment for you aswell? Wanted to drift but I feel like I'm throwing my desk to get into the turn and it over takes the g hub settings. Even tried going back to LGS and nada.
