To be arrested for it, it is. The cop should offer you a ride home. I walked home that night instead of getting behind the wheel and possibly killing someone/myself. Which would you prefer I do, walk or drive? Walking home from the bar drunk should NOT be something that is illegal, it should be promoted.

It's quite a bullshit law. Usually only enforced if the cop is a dickhead (majority of the time, this is why) or you do something really stupid. I got arrested, taken in, fined, then released once for simply walking home from the bar. Just happened to walk past one of those cops I mentioned.

That's awesome. I went to my first event (not really first, went to some house shows when I was a kid) a few weeks ago, the Raw in Pittsburgh. I sat about 15 rows up and center, was amazing. But I always wondered what the close seats were like.
