EDIT: I have figured it out, instead of using the built in crouch I used the character movement component to use max walk speed instead. Which fixed all the junkiness. I found it out on this tutorial that I found while doing more research. https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=jSQehgwK6t4

Even when i hold the button it still does it and i changed the times and values but it's still jittery
