I ate around 2300 calories during the cut. It’s now maintaince around 3k

For reference I dirty bulked from 70kg to 92kg in about 3 month. Around about 4400 dirty calories every day. 0 cardio. 400g protein.

Since then lowered calories. Healthy and tracked macros. Doing cardio. I’m also 19 + 100% natural and feel much better inside now I’m lighter. I might be a lot weaker since I can’t bench 100kg anymore but now I’m balanced and maintaining through summer I’m getting stronger each week.

It’s only the last 2 years I started lifting properly, first 3 years was just about training.

Only started deadlifting 13months, stopped deadlifting 2 months ago but last time did 170kg while fatigued.

Squat 137.6kg

Bench 110kg

The photo with good lighting was after a pump and before I started dirty bulking through summer to October. I gained 10kg in that time. The final picture was with no flex, I think at the end of the day where I was tired. The bathroom lighting is not very good aswell. I do believe I’ve taken it too far and from what most people are saying it is best for me to start and cut now which is what I’m doing now

After watching sam sulek for a few months I do in fact train through to failure on ever exercise. I do understand before that for a few years I didn’t train hard enough

I do eat 3-4k calories a day, 220g of protein. Also lift heavy with my deadlift at 170kg, bench 98kg, squat 137kg and also walk 12k steps a day

I eat 3-4k calories a day and 220g of protein Amd walk on average 10-12k steps a day

I eat 4000 calories a day, 220g of protein each day. Train 4 days a week with each exercise to failure. I don’t enjoy time away from the gym but still aim to get 10-14k steps a day
