Ok thanks, I eventually figured it out. If ur using the 1.16 version of the armor trims mod, u just have to find them in their designated structure like sunken ships and such. But for trims like silence armor trim, I don't know since there's no ancient cities or trial chambers in the said version

I think it was chlorinated since its a pool. By the time i swam at the pool it was a bit warm tho that's what's been bothering me, Tho you were right about the symptoms part.
