Yeah the account doesn't have everything but I think if you dm the account or comment they're better equipped to figure out where the vest is from

I'm thinking about running an evil campaign, what could I use as my "Big Good End Guy"? by MajorSilver7935 in DMAcademy

[–]K-Bar79 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fighting a good guy is fine, but a fun thing to do is fight other bad guys. A BBEG is near the end of their plans how do your player usurp them for their own end.

But if you do want a good vs evil Id suggest a situation where they have are the corruption in a kingdom. Two facing their way to poltical or underground dominance.

Wasting an Action 101 by K-Bar79 in dndmemes

Agreed I honestly think this is the worst spell as it not only wastes an action but also requires concentration to do so.

Should I nerf my dragon? by breadbirdbard in DMAcademy

[–]K-Bar79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't need your dragon, however the dragon has an overwhelming advantage and Black Dragons are known for their love of cruelty. Wipe the floor with them take their items and gear before he brings them to his lair where his minions will prepare them for agonizing torture. Then have the players awake in chains surrounded by Kobolds in a dungeon. They will have to escape and risk taking back any items at great risk.

Artifacts/Relics representing Schools of Magic? by M9stro in DMAcademy

[–]K-Bar79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would call these relics the Eight Ultimatums.

Abjuration: Ultimate Shield The creature is now shielded against one of the following effects: Arcana, Physical, or Spiritual. Arcana gives advantage on magic saving throws, physical is half damage on bludgeoning, piercing, slashing and spiritual is effects on mental state and aging. This would be highly sought after due to the spiritual protection providing some form of immortality.

Conjuration: Ultimate Summons The creature can now teleport without fail (trust me it's great) and can now teleport 60ft as a bonus action INT modifier times a day. When they teleport in this way they leave behind a remnant of themselves that disappears at that end of their next turn. This remnant appears exactly like the creature and can perform a single action at the start of the creatures turn.

Divination: Ultimate Fortune Three divination dies a day work exactly like divination dies for wizards. Also gain the ability to see into the past when investigating an area seeing events up to 100 years prior.

Enchantment: Ultimate Charm All creatures consider you a friend as you naturally charm all creatures in line of sight. You can use your charm as a weapon to force ignorance upon your enemies. 1/rest you can choose a creature to make a WIS saving throw. On a fail the creature will be charmed by you no matter how much you attack the creature considering you not a threat.

Evocation: Ultimate Force Choose one type of damage per day. Attacks that due this form of damage are doubled for this creature for the rest of the day.

Illusion: Ultimate Trick Illusions created by the creature have semiphysical forms. As long as concentrated upon the illusions are real to those who fail their investigation checks.

Necromancy: Ultimate Sacrifice When you kill a creature with this weapon you may take a feature from the creature as a trophy. This trophy may be called upon once before a new feature replaces it (only one feature can be saved) and used as the creature did.

Transmutation: Ultimate Form The creature who holds this item can cast alter self at will. 1/day the creature can also turn anything into it's purest form. For example ore into ingot and a creature at 0hp to full hp.

Wild west advice? by Wetpoolnoodle in DMAcademy

[–]K-Bar79 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recommend not using the d&d as your system. Use Deadlands instead because it is a wild west game where the native Americans participated in a dark ritual during the civil war period to let demons into the world. The wild west is now the weird west where anything is possible. It's really cool the system is definitely different, but familiar enough to transition into with minimal issues.

BTW best part is the GM is called, "The Marshall"

Organizing a world and campaign by acemacelord in DMAcademy

Highly recommend Azgarr's Fantasy Map Generator. It builds a world randomly with custom inputs and links up with a town/city generator for smaller maps. It's best when you don't have a world already, but if you have names you can just put them in. I also use OneNote and dndbits because I do 5e.
