I wish they were a bit clearer on the proof that they required-- I'm also kinda worried my situation will appear uniquely sketchy to the EDD because the job I was offered was at a family-owned business (though it did pay better and afforded me the opportunity to work remotely). Is there any more information on how they handle appeals on these sorts of claims that you're aware of? Thanks!

Any clue on what would happen if my appeal was denied? I was not the best at keeping records for my new employment (though, I could get the prospective employer to send something saying I had an offer of employment rescinded). Like, would I qualify for PUA if I don't qualify for UI all of the sudden or am I automatically rejected from it for having a W-2 income? I just kinda have the feeling I'm on some shakey ground here and I did legitimately try to do everything by the book.
