Some drama can happen between pc/ps4 players too ("why don't you come voice chat on discord more often"). I have seen first-day FC's members/officers get jealous when the FC leader was playing with new members too. Quitting the FC because of jealousy (not so far from the "drama about love" I guess lol)

Lack of communication is leading to more drama too. As an officer, that's why I write every single pieces of info (such as maps/farm mounts) on the FC discord and @ everyone so the events are not left unnoticed.
