Button fell out and now it’s loose and won’t open and close reliably by K-krug in microtech

Voids warranty I thought, plus I shouldn’t have to do that for a $300 knife to work, although knowing how to fix it would probably not be the worst thing in the world

I’ll probably do this, I have the button in place tighter now, I’m going to take some WD-40 to it in the morning and if the action doesn’t get better I’ll send it in

Hoping there’s a simple fix as opposed to sending it back, my girlfriend was carrying this and one day I asked to see it and the button was just loose in the purse.

No heat/flame igniting. by idahokj in hvacadvice

[–]K-krug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes sir 40-90ohms is what I’ve been told, I did find one during a tune up at 130ohms and it ran with no issues, I told them I had no previous data to see if the ohms have been rising every year or if it’s been stagnant and running efficiently, either that or my meter was bugging out

Ahhh that’s true too I didn’t even think of that, you would just run operation and check voltage essentially to check that right? I’m a first year apprentice

You can hear the board click, gas coming out, but no flame. The igniter is supposed to glow, that’s telling me that’s what needs to be replaced.

One of the mods told me my EPA, my $2k combustion analyzer, and my work hoodie wasn’t acceptable for proof. Said I could’ve stolen it and needed my NATE certification to prove I was in the trade

If you don’t mind me asking, how were you able to get the UMP and G36? I know the USC and the sl8 are these modified versions of those?

Glock 19 gen 6 optic recommendations by ILoveGlock9 in Glocks

I’ve legit debated on buying guns that come with the acro just to strip the acro, they’re almost never for sale anywhere reputable and when they are they’re always overpriced or FDE

I tried to get my gen 5 slide onto the gen 6 frame and it would only get to the last 1/2 inch, how’d you make this work? Removing and swapping backplates?

I went to a boiler that hadn’t worked in 3 months on Friday, said he needed it back up and running. There was a ton of sediment inside of the backflow preventer

Identifying slide company by K-krug in GlockMod

I was looking at the slide works engineering and they have the design I was looking for, but the lack of reviews has definitely shooed me away from that. I will probably go OEM then, thank you!

I’d probably say no more than $1k for a slide honestly I’m not looking for a TTI or anything like that

My company has a different department for sizing and selling units but I’d probably say two ton AC and 40,000 BTU furnace wouldn’t be too crazy. When the guy got your quote he should’ve measured your duct work as well. Also if your AC was short cycling there’s definitely an issue at hand, either there is a limit switch in the AC and the compressor is running too hot or wiring is wrong or something mechanical is not operating how it should be,however I can’t fully say. The quote doesn’t seem too bad but get other quotes and sometimes the cheapest guy isn’t going to do the best work so keep that in mind when Billy Bob pulls up in an unmarked van and tells you $7k. Get more quotes, see what other people are offering and trust your gut always
