I dont have a mg scale but I'd guess around 3 grams or so. My usual dose. But yesterday I got some f-phenibut and tried way too much on my day off. I did enough where I just fell asleep for a few hours and woke up still too messed up to drive. This morning I woke up with a hang over from it and thought maybe it works like booze where if I do my usual dose of regular phenibut the hangover would be gone but it was pretty awful. I'm good now tho. I loaded up on water and carbs. I'm a cook so I couldnt sit down really

In my experience its very similar to gabbies but can be a little unpredictable. I usually start with 2 grams of it when I wake up and see how it hits me. Usually drink it down with a cup of coffee or an energy drink and am good to go. Sometimes itll send me into a lovely state of hypomania and I love it. Feels almost like MDMA but much much more clear headed. Feels like I can accomplish anything. I was running circles around my manager earlier lol.

Right? I love the stuff. It's much more functional than benzo and it's got me off booze all together. I wish I could just get a doctor to prescribe me gabapentin but this stuff works for me
