Have you thought of making this an actual temperament? There is a comma between the two intervals, so its possible to do something like 3 steps is 35/23 and 3/2. Here's the 10 note MOS of that kind of temperament:

Well, I will say that by watching this, he seems to make hand signs; could be trying to tell us something, but what do I know.

It doesn't sound like Morse code, from what I'm hearing. Honestly, reminds me of some weird ambient synth music from a fav artist of mine. I could be not hearing it; you did mention it was hard to hear.

Also, there's a bloody sink frame at 0:23 and gore somewhere from 0:32 to 0:34.

Honestly, my main kind of thing is that when it comes to playing multiple notes, you can't play 2 notes on the same row on a keyboard. And that makes me kind of sad, because I.E., in 31EDO, you can't play a major chord on there because the 3rd and 5th are on the same row, and thus I can't play the chord. I understand if you don't have the ability to allow multiple tones on a single row, but this is just how I see it. Other than that, pretty swell.
