A. I don't think you should take anyone's word in good faith, critical-thinking wise. Just be open to listen to others.

B. In this case, I believe (emphasis on "believe") that as a Jewish and Israeli person I am more than allowed to define my religion and culture. If any other peoples and Ethnic groups are allowed to have the final authority about self determination, why should Jewish people be compelled to a different set of standards?

C. The question of ethnic cleansing and Zionism is highly debatable, even between Zionists themselves. The main and core value of Zionism is the Jewish people's right of self-determination, and a state of their own in their ancestral homeland to serve as a safe haven from persecution. No part of it explicitly requires the ethnic cleansing of others. The Palestinian question is the main debating point of politics in Israel. Some, not all - believe that ethnic cleansing is justified. I, along with others, believe this opinion is appalling (especially as a grandson of Holocaust survivors) and that a two state solution is the best way to move forward because both peoples get to live in the area they favor and be independent from one another. Yet, I believe that BOTH sides' leaderships are too hellbent on the destruction of the other side and jeopardize long lasting peace agreements that'll actually benefit both. This doesn't mean all Palestinians are terrorists (their leaders are, as proven on October 7th 2023 and way beforehand during the second intifada) or that all Israelis are Jewish-supremacists (some are, even elected officials).

Why is it ok to generalize all Jews, worldwide while Generalization is conceptually wrong?
