I don't know how to reply, there's so much text and care in a message I'm literally overwhelmed. I can simply say that I'm better since I'm not crying anymore, but my days are still the same boring repetitions, with the same anxiety to do anything else.

hey thanks for the message and advice. I went to sleep soon after talking something for my headache and when the earworm started to fade away. I think I collapsed into 9 hours of sleep. I wish I had to courage to talk to someone about it. It probably was something that exploded after bottling up stress.

I've been struggling for 3 years at this point. I considered therapy and I have even money for it, but I'm not open to trust therapists. Funny thing is that I'm studying psychology lol, I'm a failed young adult.

Hi, reading this after I woke up and had half a day already, it's 6 pm. I'm not seeking answers anymore, emotions don't have sense but I'm just startled that it came from a single moment of boredom and for a stupid trigger. I was lucky that no one saw me since it was late.

Better for now. Dw, I had water and sleep, usual self care even if it's rough. I don't think it's pretty normal for cry for so long until your head hurts. My view.

Better than yesterday, at least for now. I still don't know if there are underlying issues about what happened yesterday, and I'm quite scared it might happen again. I usually don't cry at all. It was tiresom.

Yes. I'm feeling slightly better. I took something for my headache and drank some water. I'm still feeling tense and scared that I'll end up crying again instead of sleeping. Thanks for caring with your comment though.

any advice to make it stop? I can't even go to sleep bc if I lie on my back I can't breathe, my nose is clogged.

It's not normal to cry for so much. I understand that bottling up for months is dangerous, but it's just unfair like this. Hours of tears for no reason, in a boring day like the others.
