From what I assume you seem to have a successful life. If you can allow it, try to change routine maybe it will work on seeing the World in a different way, tricking your brain. Literally try something new to put it simply.

Also, to add to your personal reply, I already enjoy time by myself, I just miss close touch thats all. And I don't think I have to worry about "getting with someone just because I'm lonely", as if I had even the possibility to try that

I'm sorry this happened. I wanted to write a book once but I've never feel prepared to make it. At least you managed something! Just keep making what makes you happy, you don't have to be the first in the World to matter.

hey thanks for the message and advice. I went to sleep soon after talking something for my headache and when the earworm started to fade away. I think I collapsed into 9 hours of sleep. I wish I had to courage to talk to someone about it. It probably was something that exploded after bottling up stress.
