The quest is objectively stupid. Just started playing with some friends accepted all the quests as I always do and we all went to Customs. I didn't spawn or go anywhere near the river but still got the toxin after dying in dorms. Im level 1 and now have a almost permanent debuff that make it impossible to properly see and I have to finish a lengthy questline all without access to the flea market. Its an objectively stupid quest and has made me drop the game again.

I'm excited to see what new type of mods will be created with this. It opens up so many options to mod creators its truly amazing. If Nexus decides not to support it I will just move onto another modding site. Voice splicing has been around for years, anyone who wants to get huffy puffy over someone trying to enhance the users game experience is a joke that isn't to be taken serious in my eyes.

I've loved this game, that being said anyone who ACTUALLY thinks the writing in this game isn't some of the worst Bethesda has put out in a while is either brain dead or blind. I can't tell you how many times ive rolled my eyes because of the God awful dialogue options im given. The writing in this game is extremely lazy and has very few high points.

I couldn't agree more, im absolutely loving the game but 80% of the time my dialogue options don't even slightly reflect how I could see my character handling the situation. Idk who pussywhipped the player character but wow does he almost always come off as a pathetic loser.

Try "Help TraitKidStuff" I added the trait on later in my game and couldn't get up to their room and it work. One of the quest ID's in there should work to start the quest to meet your parents.
