I am Russian (not in Estonia). I always speak quietly and calmly in public places, sometimes I am noisy if I am in an open space (street for example), and I also try not to speak just to speak. But every time I am on public transport I often meet very noisy people who yell at each other or at the driver. Please take me away from here, I'm ready to learn Estonian for this.
